Profile: After many years of working as (travel)journalist for several newspapers and magazines I decided to start my own travel websites. And so I have. Why? Because a travel story is more than just writing about the wheather and how nice it is.
Now I cover the world, and write travel news, travel articles and travel reports for my own websites and as a freelancer also for other media.
My websites: https://www.puuropreis.nl; https://www.puurnaturisme.nl; www.reisprofs.nl; decruisgegids.nl.

Profile: I'm an international award winning travel writer. My target audience is the aging Baby Boomer generation. They no longer want to grab their backpack, Eurail Pass and hit the road. They prefer a more relaxed travel plan, with plenty of time to stop and smell the roses. Many of these people are a bit creaky in the joints and like an itinerary that is a bit slower than a younger crowd. They have the time and the money to travel. The focus of my stories revolves around art, culture, music and food. In a variety of international publications and anthologies, my travel writing has tempted readers’ palates with mouth-watering meals and left them salivating for more.
